REIKI

Reiki, (Ray-Kay), a Japanese word meaning "universal life energy", is a gentle effective touch therapy. Reiki can be described as "energy nutrition" connecting the mind, body and spirit as a whole. Reiki creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. As a great technique for reducing stress, there have been many reports of miraculous results. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

Chakra - Ayurvedic for energy center. It is believed that there are seven chakras, which are all interconnected. When balanced, the physical, mental and spiritual aspect of "self" is in a state of harmony, contributing to a state of health and well being. Chakras run along the base of the spine to the crown of the head. When imbalanced, therapies such a Reiki, Color and Light Therapy, Crystal and Stones are believed to rebalance the Chakras. Yoga and meditative disciplines also contribute to rebalancing the Chakras.
